What If I Want to Change My Lifeline Service Provider?
1. Verify Your Eligibility
Before you begin any process that results in change, confirm you are eligible or qualified for Lifeline. You also should verify that you have not already enrolled with another carrier, because the lifeline can be claimed only once by a household.
2. Contact a New Provider
When you have selected a new provider, contact them to begin the change.
